Feverish artists and mad geniuses have tried to describe the beauty of this snake's scales, its ivory barbs or the depth of its terrible gaze. None have succeeded. The Great White Worm enters this world through mirrors and pools of serene waters, and slithers toward its victim with supernatural grace and speed. Those who attract its attention sometimes catch the wurm's reflection, just before it engulfs them. Its only signs of attack are shattering mirrors and the rasping sound of its spiny scales as it slithers at great speed.
