History

Elephants are exotic creatures even in Arabia, as they hail from the lush undergrowth between Arabia and the jungles of the Southern Lands. The Sultans like to collect all manner of wild and monstrous beasts, and eagerly compete with each other to see who keeps the largest and most impressive herd of Elephants. These are fierce and dangerous creatures, and the more so because they are equipped with a wooden tower on their backs on which ride Arabian warriors armed with long spears and assorted projectiles which they hurl at their enemies. The mere presence of these beasts on the battle front makes more than one enemy flee, opening the way for the other human troops.
