History
Compared to griffins, or even elven steeds, Giant Eagles are highly intelligent and require no training and very little persuasion to join the rosy-skinned braves. Their depth of understanding and intellect are greater than that of any creature save perhaps dragons, and the wisest of the Asur even spend time conversing with them. Giant Eagles are proud, haughty, arrogant creatures who long remember insults and generally do not bear the company of fools well. When meeting with human armies, the noble Eagles support with their fearsome speed sweeping away even enemies up to 7 times superior.
